What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is outlined in the membership agreement. The agreement covers the cost to cancel and how to cancel.
I need to pause my membership. How do I temporarily freeze my account due to injury or travel?
If you need to temporarily freeze your account due to injury or travel, please feel free to give us a call or stop into the gym to speak with a member of our staff.
I lost my key tag. What should I do?
Oh no! If you've lost your key tag please contact us and we will help you purchase a replacement tag for a small fee.
I forgot my key tag at home. Can I still get into the gym?
Due to member safety, we do not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who might have forgotten their key. If you need access to the gym, you can go during our staffed hours, and a staff member will let you in.
My key tag isn't working. What should I do?
Sorry, you are locked out! Reach out to us ASAP and we can help figure out what is going on.
I am looking for membership prices. How much does it cost to join?
Our gym offers a variety of memberships at different prices. You can see our pricing located on the memberships tab. If you are looking for something in particular feel free to contact us!
Do you offer personal training?
Currently, we do not offer personal training. If you have questions during your workout, our staff is more than happy to help you.
Does Fit Club have showers and lockers?
Yes we do! Working out should be easy and offering the option to take a shower after a tough workout can make all the difference!
